I have a NAS Unit with raid system using NTFS
i am attempting to setup up a remote filesync using SFTP

a ton of files get the following error
Error Code 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

when i go to a (windows) computer with a mapped drive to the same folder ...

I have an old mac raid i am trying to sync
because the users have put in directory names and file names that do not translate to windows --- filesync fails
is there a way for freefilesync to alter filenames or folders to allow backup
