I've deleted forder having path "...\RecycleBin.ffs_tmp" using robocopy with command below and it is resolved.
robocopy "c:\EmptyFolder" "FolderPathToDelete" *.* /purge

Windows 10: File name is too long and could not have been sent to recycle bin
I'm using real time syncronization and getting the error below, and it stops and asks me again and again.
"F:\MyMegaSync\...\RecycleBin.ffs_tmp" çöp kutusuna atılamadı.
Error during "PerformOperations" for item:
