I am a (Linux) registered user here for quite a long time, and have donated 3 or 4 times in the past(not too long ago). As I have reformatted my drive, I now have to download the donation edition again; why do I only get the donate download page? Thank you.

UPDATE: Just reinstall Linux Mint LMDE6, and due to formatting my hard drive, I now have need of my Donation Key to dl/install the Donation edition. Thanks for any help on this.

Very recently, I dl'd the Donation Edition. However, I had to format my hdd, and I installed a different (Linux) OS. I no longer have proper info to dl the Donation Edition. Please help. Thank you.

Problem only with Donation version.

Ran in Linux Donation File Key File-error message states it is corrupt. Please advise. Thank you. Never had a problem using the free download prior to this.

I only get this on a few of the directories to where I am mirroring, and not on others, where it mirrors well:

Thank you. It worked like a charm. BTW-I also installed the getdeb PPA.

Running Linux Mint18.1,MATE,64b, with FFS8.5. Have tried installing both of the v8.7 d/l's for Linux(the deb,and the ubuntu's), to no avail. they both pop up an error upon installing notice. Have tried each a couple of times-with fresh d/l's, but same error. Any suggestions? BTW-Cannot update from ...
