1 thing that is really annoying is the following
I have an SSD 2 Tb and an external USB HDD (3.0)
When I backup the missing files from the drive. the 1st time it takes 10 min. to scan and then it's backing up.
I canceled several times, and did a rescan, and it takes seconds, and continues where it ...

Why is this program so slow
Just installed this program, and backing up a Tb takes 6 hours.
The speed is only 30-40Mb from my SSD drive to my External USB drive. (USB 3.0)
If I copy and Paste it's around 100-150 Mb
But with this problems it's 30-40 Mb
Why so much difference?
