Start FFS on your lubuntu and...
- run this command and upload htop.html:

sudo apt install htop aha
echo q | htop | aha --black --line-fix > htop.html

- and run this command too and upload kworker.txt:
grep enabled /sys ...

ffs is not monitoring software (like gdrive, pcloud, mega, etc. clients), however there is a workaround:
- On linux: schedule .ffs_batch in the "crontab" to run every x minutes
