I have RTS doing a FTP load when a new file is generated but it starts the file transfer before the local file is complete. Is there a delay setting or something I am not doing correctly in the FFS setup?

I am trying to sync a local folder to a remote SFTP folder using FFS and RTC. I set up the batch file to just monitor the local folder and copy new files up to SFTP since it looks like we can't remotely access SFTP with RTC.

The batch file works most of the time but some times files say they copy ...
