here's a screen capture of the 2 error messages, the globalsettings file and the batch files

It looks like the %item_path% bellow

<one>Show in Explorer</one>
<two>explorer /select, "%item_path%"</two>

Been using (and loving) Freefilesync for over a year now without issue
But recently my batch backups are getting the following error and my batch jobs won't run.

"Error Parsing File" Globalsettings.xml and then a row and column numbers

Clicking on that then shows a

"Configuration file Batch.ffs ...
