I have a handful of Mirrors set up with the verify option ON from Internal to External drive. I also have versioning OFF and deletions PERMANENT.

I just reran the "File Content" Compare in FFS, this time from the Original Backup to the New Backup (thinking there might be unreadable hidden or system file somewhere on the main drive blocking me) and it only is showing the 20kb file in a system volume information folder).

Okay, yeah I thought that might have been it so I ran it yesterday. It must have finished just fine because this morning I'm looking at a blank FFS page (7.26 TB of content, so we're talking 18ish hours). I should also note, I have "VerifyCopiedFiles" set to true and have had that enabled since I ...

How do I do that? I always start by clicking the compare button. As of now, it says they are identical. It's currently on "File time and size". Is there a "binary-comparison" option somewhere?

The main drive and original backup both show the 6GB free. Only the new backup is showing 16GB free. If it was bad sectors, BOTH the main drive and original backup would have to have the same bad sectors.

I got a real stumper for you. If you're interested.
I got a new drive as a backup and did a full backup with freefilesync (identical to the main drive).
1) The free space on the backup drive is showing 6GB more than the main drive.
The backup drive has 16.4GB free and the main drive has 10.4GB ...
