I used the Nirsoft tool directly on my server prior to cutover in September with no issues (no deleted or duplicative files/folders) and no grumbling from users post-cutover. My largest folder tree was about 9TB and ~9m files/folders) and folder dates mods completed in a few hours.

+ 1 on this feature and an update to the thread. I love the tool for migrating tons (30TB+) to new servers in rapid fashion, but would love having the folder modify date sync as well. I am testing the Nirsoft tool as my users will flip out if folder mod dates do not reflect the mod dates on current ...
