It seems that are all items only living on right (updated) side are compared backwards with left side. In my opinion these is not neccessary on update mode (or also user defined mode to update only new and changed items to right side). You are right process context was the problem - it was my fault. Everything works fine now after applying settings in user profile permanently.

FFS-Macros working fine but Environment variable %FFS_LogDir% defined in outside shell is not expanded correct as it is on DirPairs.
