I've been able to advance a little more. The copy task is executed under an
administrator account and bypasses the error :

"The caller does not have sufficient backup privileges or is not an administrator."

But now I get this one:

"Error calling \"ppWriteMetaData ...

Ok, thanks for the answer.

Then I assume there is no solution to this problem? Maybe executing
FreeFileSync as an admin user? any ideas?

First things first, thanks for a great application, we use it everyday.

Our problem:

When making a backup in certain computers whose users don't have administrator
rights we always get a Shadow engine error:

"The caller does not have sufficient backup privileges or is not an
administrator ...
