I think your first "Compressed.png" layout looks great. That particular set of buttons is overly large, IMO, and I would prefer they were the same size as the configuration buttons.

I'm staying current. I mostly like the new format, if Zenju could change the spacing so it was just indented fixed amount per directory level, instead of indented based on the length of folder name, I'd be happy. That would satisfy me too, though I'd preferred a proper tree with zero-change folders...

Just what I was going to suggest. Collapse *folder* and *subfolder* names to a single line, but list their contents on separate lines with minimal indenting. Like most good code editors do for empty interstitial folders.

This is already supported. In fact I use Winmerge to do specific compares myself. See Tools => Options, and Customize Context Menu.

Have to agree with the OP. I would find it very useful to be able to sync a selected folder from a specific config set.

I'd also find this useful, but only if a the length was also the same, and a full content comparison was also the same. (This would effectively provide the feature I requested yesterday). If the lengths or content was different I want to see a conflict icon and be forced to manually resolve.
