I have a problem with a similar item. When RTS monitores my download folder it should start syncing when there was no download/copying/moving, etc. for more than 10 seconds (or individual idle time). Same to me.
My FFSync.batch works fine.
Starting it by RTS brings the above shown message. Only in German. ;-)
The problem starts with the current version V10.23 (Donator)
V10.22 (Donator) works fine.
