There was a conflict with Comodo Firewall. Uninstall Comodo, install FFS and reinstalled Comodo. Works.

I have two problems: I cannot get the new version 11 to install on either of my two systems (Newest Version Win 10 Home and Newest Version Win 10 Pro.)
