Il try with only defaut on exclusion settings and with no exclusion at all.
The behaviour is the same !

After perfoming compare i try to synchrone.
I receive error message.

I use FreeFileSync on version 5.10

I perform a comparaison between 2 folders :
- first one on linux partition mounted via Samba
- second on on Windows

In theses head folders i have some subfolders.
In some of them files to be compared are not identified on the fisrst folder (Linux ...

Is-it possible to define filtering optins depending to configuration.
Example : Include *.docx exlude *.doc for configuration Word2007Files
