Yes, OnDrive uploads an delete the file always.
In my case I can disable this with LockDirectoriesDuringSync = FALSE

I sync my local OnDrive folder. The sync.ffs_lock is always uploaded to OnDrive.

I miss only the possibility to collapse out/in each folder.

I had used it with goodsync.
