This is what the grid usually looks for me when a folder has been rearranged by creating some subfolders and moving stuff to them. Only like 10 files might actually have changed here. Is there a way to search for duplicates of folders only, for example using AllDup (regardless of the folders' content)?

While it doesn't support syncing, you can at least see whether (and where) files with only the same name are present with AllDup:

I now managed to find most, if not all files that are present only on one side of the synced folder pair, regardless of the files' sub-folder location. This is an amazing feature of AllDup.
