I also having issues with 10.6, but this says a folder already exists and stops
put 10.4 on and sync went with no problem
I suggest stay on 10.4 or 10.5 if no issues, cannot trust 10.6 at this point

Look at it in this way: FreeFileSync is a file-sync program. It will gladly sync your (sub)folder structure, but essentially only as far as required to sync your files. I think it creates the WHOLE structure first, and that to me is a problem it shouldn't create the folder until it needs to be creat...
