Use multiple folder pairs; one pair for each drive.

Currently that's not possible. So you'd need a distinct folder on target drive for each camera to avoid these name collisions.

In the FFS GUI, click on Advancd, "Create batch job" and in the window that appears you'll see a tick box for "silent mode"
