Hi, I'm making a backup from my Google Drive to my PC, but it can't read one file.rar, just one file (3.44 MB), and it is always the same file. I have more rar in the drive but I don't have problems with them.
This is the error: CURLE_OPERATION_TIMEDOUT: Operation too slow. Less than 1 byte/sec transferred the last 10 seconds [curl_easy_perform]
To be able to download that rar to the PC I have to try several times, at least three or five times until I succeed.
I already tried putting the Free File as an exclusion in the antivirus and renaming the rar.
Any idea how can I fix this?

Does the same issue exist if you try to copy that same file to your PC using Windows Explorer (or however it is that you may be able to access GD)?

The file is a backup that goes to Google Drive and I download it to the computer through freefile.
Once it's downloaded I can unzip the rar without a problem.
