ACCESSDENIED Message

I've done nothing other than go through a Win11 update and on restarting my outlook backup batch file I obtained the attached message. No idea what to do, any help would be appreciated. Many thanks Bill

The Outlook data file is locked by a process
To copy locked files in FFS, the setting "Copy locked files" needs to be selected
To copy locked files, FFS uses the VSS (restore point) service in Windows
To use VSS, you have to run FFS as administrator

You can close/kill Outlook before running the sync or do the above

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I've closed Outlook, right clicked on the FFS link in the start menu and opened as administrator, unticked and reticked "copy locked files", resyncronised my two locations, resaved the batch file to sync my two locations, run the batch file through RTS and still get the same message.
What am I doing wrong, or missing ?
