Google Drive to Google Drive Copy

I'm trying to do a google drive to google drive copy.
Seems mike most files do copy over, but I'm getting a number of errors. Here are the two errors that reoccur in the log.

"Only files with binary content can be downloaded. Use Export with Docs Editors files."

"Error Cannot read file "gdrive:\user1@gmail\Form Publisher Template".
Cannot find "gdrive:\user2@gmail\OCR File". The name "OCR File" is used by more than one item in the folder."

There is no API to copy Google file types between different accounts AFAIK. And downloading them isn't allowed either, because these Google files are so very "special".

Error message says all. Real question is how this situation came to be.

I had Problems on Linux Ubuntu x86 with online storages.
My Webdav Drives disappeared after some time. So i had to backup on hardrive.
Then i tried to install FreeFileSync with wine on Raspberry Pi Raspbian. But some
runtime environments were missing. Who can send me a DEB File of FreeFileSync for Raspberry Pi to my Email?
