Auto-Update Issues

I have donated to your cause twice due to the excellent work you have done, but the auto-update feature is never updated and I have to continually update my PC manually.

It seems you installed the standard FFS version, not the donation version.
You can check this, by in the FFS GUI clicking Help / About.
If you have the donation version installed, it should show "Donation Edition" behind the version number, and something like "Thank you, [your name], for your support" in the bottom-left corner of the About window.
