Hi,
I just started using this software and when I compare the contents of my
drives it fails to pickup the contents of the drive but does get subfolders.
Thanks
Chris

Do you have steps how to reproduce this issue?

Hi,
I'm running Widows 7 64bit.
Steps used
1. Enter unc path in left side \\server\users\, consists of user1, user2, user3 and user4.
2. Enter path in right side E:\users\
3. Change from synchronise to mirror left to right.
4. Click compare using file size and date.
total for \\server\users
52,173 files
2,413 folders
29.1GB
total compared
52,036 files
2,413 folders
17.4 GB
It mirrored user1, user2, user3 and user4's subfolders but not the other 137
files totalling 12.43 GB approx.
Regards
Chris

I can't reproduce the problem. Could it be that these 137 files are symbolic
links? With v3.7 they are excluded by default.

no, there a mix of files from office apps, avi's and pdf's. However, I will
try it again with this option turned on.

If these files are no symbolic links then this setting won't have an affect.
Could you provide a screenshot of this behavior as well as your settings? Then
I could have a closer look.
