My backup hard drives often have very little free space and jobs fail due to insufficient space to copy new files because apparently FFS is designed to complete copies first and then propagate the deletions. The backup drives do have sufficient space for the sync but only one the files to be deleted have been removed, so I end up having to open explorer and manually remove the files to be deleted and then running a FFS sync.
Is it possible to have a sync job complete deletions before copying or is there any other functionality I can use within FFS to have deleted files removed prior to the main sync operation?

Just for clarity the sync job I am referring to is a one-way mirroring of the master drive to the external backup drive.
