Errors copying to Synology NAS

Hi

I'm backing up files from a Windows 10 PC to a Synology NAS. I'm receiving the following errors:
Error:  Cannot read file attributes of "\\<removed>\Backup-Data\FreeFileSync\<removed>\Versions\2023-03-01 205002".
 Temporary access error: ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: The system cannot find the file specified. [GetFileAttributes]
During the above backup 131 files were successful and 9 had the above error. It looks like it's all files with new versions that are failing.

I'm using FreeFileSync 12.0 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045 Build 19045
