Hi
What´s the maximum amount of parallel uploads from my local folders to google drive if I have thousands of quite small files so I don´t get banned from google drive for uploading too much and every file get recognized?

I don't think you'll get banned for putting too much strain on Google Drive. Instead you'll get "quota exceeded" errors:
