How to STOP RealTime Sync?

I tried doing some real time synchronization using an existing .ffs_batch file that I added to the RealTime Sync window. My question is how can I STOP the real time synchronization for this particular batch file? I don't see anything relevant in the RealTime Sync window to cancel/stop it from continuing to synchronize.

Assuming Window, go to your Task Manager (e.g. via Control-Alt-Del), identify your RTS task and end it there.
Or, simply restart your computer.
Obviously, if you have set the RTS task to autostart (via the autostart folder, or via the Task Scheduler), you need to remove the task from there before restarting)
