Incompatible synchronization database format

Good Evening

I have been using freefilesync for some months now under Microsoft Windows. It
has been working. However, I am now getting an error message and the behaviour
is not as expected. I am using version 3.4. I am syncing a series of folders
(under Windows 7) from PC1 to an external USB drive. That works fine. I then
sync that USB drive to a second PC (running Windows XP), PC2. That also works
fine. However, when I then try to sync the USB again with the initial PC I
receive the following message:
Incompatible synchronization database format:
"E:\Home PC Docs\sync.ffs_db"
Setting default synchronization directions: Old files will be overwritten by
newer files.
If I accept this then I note that files which, for example, I moved originally
on PC1, then sync'ed, are now goign to have a new copy made in the origial
area.

I have recently made changes. Firstly, I am now using Windows 7 on one PC
(used to be XP). Secondly, I have set up a new folder structure which I am
sync'ing. However, I did start completely from scratch there and did not use
any previous freefilesync DB files.

I would appreciate any pointers on this.

Thanks in advance
regards
Stephen

Thanks. It's not exactly what I was doing. However, it did give me a hint.
Installing the 32-bit version under Windows 7 seems to have fixed them problem
:-)
