Is it SMB? e.g if im syncing from \\192.168.1.10\share1 to c:\downloads
i have any issue where my file transfer speeds fluctuates drastically. it goes from 5MB/sec and then goes to 0 for like 20 sec and then goes back up. I am currently far from the network share however i dont have this speed issue when using other file copy apps where i can use other transfer protocols like WEBDAV, which seems to be give really good speeds.
what protocol is used by freefile sync when syncing with a network path?

Yes it's using SMB.
You could use software to map the Webdav to a local drive letter, and then FFS will just see it like any other file system.
It looks like the speeds aren't great though... but give it a try.

This method might work better..
