Please provide issue tracker

Greetings and thank you very much for providing this great tool

I noticed a usability issue in the update prompt in French and was about to do something about it when I saw that FreeFileSync has (visibly) no real issue tracking system.

Therefore, in the absence of such a tracker, I am using this forum to hereby request FreeFileSync developers to put in place a proper issue tracker.

Unfortunately, the 2 ITS engines I liked using are Atlassian Jira and JetBrains YouTrack, neither of which are free software. Additionally, Jira has essentially become SaaS.
I have been unsatisfied with all open source engines I used, although Canonical's Launchpad, Apache Allura, Phabricator and Redmine might be worth considering.
I have no strong opinion on which engine should be picked. Obviously, having a web interface would be extremely important, particularly one which is not read-only, though email notifications are very useful.
