The FFS/RTS Manual page on Scheduling Batch Jobs for the Windows Task Scheduler, under step 6 instructs to "Create a new basic task and follow the wizard".

The (second bullet of the) note below step 8 then tells about scheduling FreeFileSync to run under a different user account.
However, it is not mentioned that scheduling FreeFileSync (or any other task) to run under a different user account (or running with highest privileges) can not be done by selecting "Create Basic Task" in the Task Scheduler, but instead requires selecting "Create Task".
Perhaps a remark to that extent should be added at the start of the second Bullet in the said note.

You can right-click on an already existing task, and then change the user account. That said, the goal of the manual is not to encourage doing this. It's aimed at users who for whatever reason think it's a good idea to change the user account, but are then surprised that GlobalSettings.xml is not accounted for.
