FFS in only one direction?

Can FFS be told to do a unidirectional synch?
For example: I have a NAS with my master backup of everything -- a superset of
all my files. Then on my computer I have just my current stuff. I want FFS to
synch everything from my computer onto the NAS, but I do NOT want any changes
on my NAS to synch back to my computer. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!
