Hi, new to FreeFileSync. The software is very good.
I purchased the business license to have email notification working.
It worked for a few days but in the last 4 days I get this error message:
"A previous email could not be delivered:
2023-11-20 [20:09:20 GMT] The email server did not provide error details :(."
Before this message I get another text line saying it was impossible to send the notification mail to <my email address> (the message is localized in my language).

What's the problem?

I forgot to ask you to consider implementing a SMTP configuration menu. It is very clever to use a cloud service, it is strightforward to use, but it is also a little insecure and difficult to handle when there are troubles.

Is this error reproducible? I've seen Apache mail servers bounce back "without error details". It turns out, they do in fact return details, but inconveniently disguised as email text, rather than part of the "message/delivery-status" block that email services expect and parse.
I'm not sure at this point if it is worth to invest the time and parse the bounce emails myself. Implementation might turn out to be a similar nightmare as is FTP's "LIST" response. Big services like Amazon or Mailgun don't bother, which might be a clue.
