ok, let's take this real slow, for slow guys like me.
I set up a simple mirror job. Here's the source directory:
[404, Invalid URL: http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/2332/sourceqm.jpg]
That copied over perfectly to the target.
Then I set up an exclusion:
[404, Invalid URL: http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/7421/filterdq.jpg]
And excluded subfolder is not removed from the target directory. I have tried unchecking the Backups folder in the item list. Nothing makes the excluded folder disappear from the target. A Mirror job is supposed to delete everything on the right that isn't on the left, correct?

There are at least two options what to do on excluded files: 1. exclude them from processing completely (that's what FFS does). 2. delete excluded files on target.

I can't believe this. I spent hours trying to get this to work, because FFS says it defines a Mirror job as "Right folder is modified to exactly match left folder". Yet that isn't at all what happens.
I additionally expected that to be the behavior because my other sync program does work that way.
