Left and right panes do not match

When I click "compare" to check latest and early backup versions of a folder, unchanged files appear on both sides but on different lines (for example, xxxfile appears on line 4 on left, but line 5 on right). As a result, it says xxxfile (line 4) only exists on the left-drive, and line 6 (identical) version only exists on right-drive. Thus, with a large folder, synchronisation takes a very long time, for no reason. Why is this?

You choose the locations yourself, it is not an issue with the program, it is an issue with how you set it up
