I'm loving this app, and have been struggling to figure out the following.
I compared 2 destinations and would like to delete Right Side Files (that exist on the left) [algomated and folder sorted photos]. Can anyone help? I don't see the delete on Left option anywhere to execute :)

FreeFileSync (FFS) is a synchronization tool that (as the name suggests) makes your left- and right-side location (more) equal to each.
The function you describe is does make the left- and right-side less equal and thus is sort of a de-synchronization, which is not supported as an automatic action by FFS.
You should however be able to do it manually using FFS.
Run a Compare between the left- and right-side.
Then make only the equal files visible in the Compare results window and hide all other result categories. You do this using the icons mid below the Compare results.
Then select all (visible) files at either the left- or right side (your posting is unclear in that), e.g. via a shift-click, and then delete those files (e.g. via a right-click action).
