Windows File Exporer, Total Commander and other file browsers support extra columns.
For comparison purpose the most useful after date & size is 'File Version' (aka VersionString):

Usually field is populated for .exe, .dll and other binaries.
Please add same column to FreeFileSync too:

Arguable ;-).
(In general, I would not think that to be relevant to a general purpose sync tool.)
In any case, in that respect, why not have the ability to include any Property.
And remember that a Property available in Windows is not likely to be available on other OS.

(And I'll note that Everything 1.5 alpha can now, most likely, search using all of the Properties mentioned in that list [& more].)
