Re-route backup to portable drive to save time

I've been using the program for years to make backups to a remote location. Recently I had a drive failure and lost about 7tb worth of data. FFS generated the list of missing files but it would take 3-4 weeks at my upload speeds to copy everything over. Is it possible to get the list and re-route the file copy to a portable drive that I could then physically take to the other location to complete the backup quicker?

Yes, you can run a comparison, select all, then right-click and hit "Copy to"
