Hi,
I've been using FreeFileSync without any problems until now.
Unfortunately, now I have a problem. During a backup, a tmp file was created and it's causing a problem. The USB flash drive is no longer correctly recognized and I can't delete the file. I get an error 0x80070570.
Can you help me solve the problem, as my USB stick is becoming unusable?

It was impossible to delete this file as long as the USB key was in the right-hand port. I don't know why, but when I placed the key in the USB port on the left, I was able to delete the file. Why was this? I don't know why.
I also had a problem with the USB key appearing twice in Windows Explorer. I was able to change this via REGEDIT: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\DelegateFolders.
Now everything seems to be working properly. The key is read, I can modify it... I can use FreeFileSync...
Oh yes, finally, I used SupportAssist (https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/support-assist-for-pcs) to update various elements of the Dell PC.
Thanks for your ideas and happy new year to all.
