I'm trying to sync both photos and documents from a drive to SSD (technology not important), but after sync when trying to read the destination I get "file unsupported error". Doesn't matter if it's a .jpg, .pdf, .xls anything. This is the first time I've run into this. If I just copy files using explorer or alternate tools (with limited functionality compared to FFS) the files work fine. Am I missing a setting somewhere? This is windows 11 and FFS 13.2 WD -> SSD.
Before asking yes, I did try reformatting the SSD and attempting to sync again prior to posting. exFAT is the format of choice :-). I have also tried running FFS as an administrator.
Files unreadable after sync

Take a small sample file, say a .jpg.
Copy that to the SSD using FFS.
Does that file open?
If not, compare the source & the copy.
At the least, open the file in notepad (or similar) & look at the beginning of the two files.
Do they appear to be the same?
Most likely, the files will have "JFIF" as the first few bytes in the file.
Do both of them show that?
(If the source file does not, then find a different source that does, as that will make it easier to determine.)
Rename that copied file.
Now copy the source file again - using Windows Explorer.
Again do the same as above, compare...
(My thought would be a failing SSD?
Run a CHKDSK on the drive.)

I have tried to copy all types of files.
If I use FFS, they are unreadable. If I use windows explorer or other sync tools they work fine.
