Just started using FFS and did a test sync. Used a 5GB folder "home" that had both files and folders. All the contents of the folder were synced quickly. But their folder name "home" was not. Help me understand; I am expecting the 'synced' folder to be copied and its contents.
TIA
Transfer home folder

That is not what FreeFileSync (FFS) does.
FFS syncs (just) the content of the left and right base-location.
So, you need to sync between e.g.
C:\XYZ\home => D:\ABC\EFG\home
and NOT between
C:\XYZ\home => D:\ABC\EFG
You can enter/type D:\ABC\EFG\home as your right location even if home does not exist yet in D:\ABC\EFG\; FFS will notify you that that home folder does not exist yet and happily create it for you.
