sync.ffs_db is a name shared by more than one element

Hello.

I have a synchronization between a folder on my hard drive and google drive. It works well, and detects changes to the hard drive immediately.
But lately I've been getting an error many times, which says that the name "sync.ffs_db" is shared by more than one element, and indeed, you go to Google Drive and there are two files with the same name (which I don't know why Google allows) . As soon as you delete one of the two, it works again. But shortly after it happens again.
Does anyone know why and how to fix it?
