Distribution source to many destinations

I have the donation edition and I need to push source to our master node and have it detected and distributed to 7 computers can any one tell me how to do this without creating 7 jobs since the source needs to only be read once

I found the plus sign this is a great product now need to figure out how to have it monitor a folder and push to all on change
