Version 13.4 broke ftp

Trying to sync using ftp on one of my accounts no longer works with version 13.4 going back to 13.3 everything works. See attached log screen shot.

Maybe the latest libcurl update broke things. Would you be able to provide a test login and test case for this FTP server?

Apparently libcurl messed up in their latest 8.6. release. When compiling with libcurl 8.5. or the current GIT master, the CURLE_OPERATION_TIMEDOUT does not occur.
