No response when I click browse, freezes up!

I Have 6 networked pc's, all with freefilesync installed and have been using the program for for years. 3 pc's have Windows 11 Pro and the rest have Win 10 Pro. Never have had any problems ever with freefilesync until today. I installed the updated FFS13.4 on all my pc's, and only on my primary PC my primary pc with Win 11 pro, when I click on browse, it sits and spins its wheels and does nothing. I have reinstalled the program and even installed the old version and it still does the same same. I would call myself computer savvy. Checked over eveything I could think of and nothing! Any suggestions?
