Settings say Copy but program says it is moving files

I have FFS set as follows:
Exists on left side only - copy to right side
Exists on right side only - do nothing
Left side is newer- copy to right side
Right side is newer - do nothing
Conflict/item cannot be categorized - overwrite right item

When I started the sync I observed a message on the screen saying that it was "moving" files. I panicked and killed the sync because I do not want to move anything.

Is the message an error or was the program actually moving files? I am backing up a production drive with over 350,000 files on it, so I can't afford to move anything.

Please advise.

The message probably was "Moving file %x to the recycle bin".
