I have two backup drives full of music, I know there are missing files on both drives. The drive structure is set as A-Z folders, inside each letter folder there are a lot of folders starting with that letter, inside each of these folders are many files.
Can I compare both drives to find the differences between them, if I can Id apprieciate detailed set-up.
I'm pretty sure in the distant pass I was able to do this.

If the folder-structure within the left and right base location you select is identical, you should be able to use FreeFileSync to Compare, and if necessary Sync between those two locations (incl. subfolders).
If some files are missing on either drive but present on the other drive, the most appropriate setting would be to use the Two-way sync variant.
