When comparing two folders that I've previously synced, for some reason the filenames in the right pane have different case to those in the left pane and this causes the program to identify them as different, even though the dates and sizes are identical. This means it copies a lot of files unnecessarily and also clutters up the results, making it confusing and hard to identify files that have actually changed.
Might it be possible to make FFS ignore the case of filenames?

It's not possible to ignore case, but it shouldn't be a problem: FFS doesn't copy files if it detects they differ in case only, it only renames the target side.
