[Feature request] touch file creation date after sync/mirror

Annoyance after sync from phone.

It's a windows(/mtp) problem, but would be nice if FFS could sync creation date of files.

Currently (and before FFS) i run all images through xnview metadata change timestamp feature to update it to the exif taken date. (Videos and files without exif metadata changed to the modified date)
Helpful when images/videos get small changes and their modified date is no longer helpful since it would be even newer than their copied date.
